When you first contact Carson Inspection Service, please have the size and address of the home, your realtor's name and phone number (if you are using one), an idea of when you would like to schedule the inspection, and a list of any special concerns you have about the home. We will discuss these issues, you will be provided a price quote, and we will schedule the inspection.

The onsite inspection will usually run about 3 hours. You are encouraged to attend the inspection and ask questions. You are welcome to accompany me to all areas of the home except the attic, crawlspace, and roof. The following components of the home will be inspected: the roof, the exterior and grounds, the foundation, the attic, the living spaces, the HVAC system, the plumbing system, the electrical system, the insulation and ventilation, the crawlspace or basement, and the attached garage.

You will receive a computer generated report complete with color photos to clarify any defects observed usually within 24 hours of the onsite inspection. The reports are usually 20-30 pages long and include a summary.
